The final major update for Final Fantasy XIV pre-2.0 went live today, including new questing content, skirmishes, and brand new equipment for Disciples of the Hand jobs. In his newest Letter from the Producer, Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida noted that new information about Version 2.0 will come between the launch of a brand new website, GamesCom in Germany, and the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary in Japan. Information will be released in waves, including a brand-new trailer that was pulled from E3.
