I hope by now this isn’t spoiling anyone…
Given how popular and long-running the Final Fantasy series is, it’s almost hard not to think of at least one cameo in some other videogame — or other form of media. Heck, that’s half of Kingdom Hearts! Either product placement or fan reverence has gotten a Final Fantasy character or theme in a place where we probably wouldn’t be expecting, whether it’s tastefully done or not so tastefully done.
So is there any particular Final Fantasy cameo that’s stuck out in your mind for any particular reason?

I think Sephiroth being MILKED LIKE A COW in Kingdom Hearts 2 (a series I hate) was absurd. I mean it was really cool for the first KH game, but in the 2nd game they could have used a different FF villian to face off against. But noooo “let’s just milked that one guy from the most popular FF again to please fanboys.”
@AgitoXIII I wouldn’t call two cameo appearances out of 8 games not including remakes and final mixes milking…
But I think SQ does favor FFVII alot. I mean almost the whole cast of FFVII if not all are in the KH games. While others FF only have like 2-3 characters.
I liked the part in the Scott Pilgrim VS the World film when he played the bassline from Final Fantasy IV(FF II on American SNES).
