Class Zero’s Trinity Attacks dish out the hurt

August 20th, 2011 by Tony Garsow

This week’s issue of Jump sheds light on a new mechanic we haven’t seen yet in Final Fantasy Type-0: Trinity Attacks. It appears that your three active party members on the field can team up to pull off simultaneous attacks to deal devastating damage. Jump cites that each party member will have a unique attack during this sequence. These attacks include: Ace’s “Straight Flush”, Deuce’s “Death Ensemble”, Trey’s “Crisis Arrow”, Nine’s “Linear Crush”, King’s “Range-Zero Shot”, and Queen’s “Hornet”. This week’s issue of Jump will also showcase more information about the Bahamut summon.

In this scan snippet below, you can see the names of the attacks in the top-center of the PSP screen. We also see Class Zero’s instructor Kurasame in combat:

    That’s definitely a welcomed surprise.

kind of a rip-off but a great battle addition nonetheless.
