For those who remember The Final Fantasy Legend and its two sequels for the GameBoy, it may be old news to find out that the series that spawned from them is also Square-Enix’s SaGa series. While the first three games are only Final Fantasy in name to overseas audiences, they’re still just as memorable and important to us. Recently, Final Fantasy Legend II was remade for the Nintendo DS as SaGa 2: Goddess of Destiny. Today, Square-Enix put up a Japanese portal site that directly links information between all nine titles in the series. However, some report seeing a link to an unfinished site that a new mystery tenth title was available in the list of options. The last title in the SaGa series Unlimited SaGa came under heavy scrutiny for it’s complex nature, perhaps the series might see a long-awaited reboot.
