April 23rd, 2015 by Tony Garsow

The episodic chapters of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years take place after the conclusion of Final Fantasy IV, and chronicle the trials of the original game’s protagonists as they face a new threat to their world.

Coming to Steam on May 12th, Square Enix released a new trailer today featuring the Visual Works cinematic that has accompanied previous versions. A “host of new features and enhancements” will accompany this version, the details of which we expect to learn when press releases go out.

Update: New screenshots below. The game will support Steam trading cards and achievements. Pre-order to get 10% off the $15.99 price.

Stay tuned to Final Fantasy Network for details.
